Your book is yours.

What we collect

• What you send us through this site. Your name, agency, email, and phone, plus anything you enter into a Growth Audit or a demo request.
• Book of business data you provide for a Book Audit. The policy, quote, and customer records you export from your agency management system and send us to score.
• Lead and interaction data your engine captures. Once you are a client, the calls, chats, forms, and follow-up your engine handles, so it can do its job and report on it.
• Standard website analytics. Which pages get viewed, roughly where the visit came from, and what kind of device it was on.

How we use it

We use your information for three things, and nothing else:

• To run your Book Audit and produce the report that comes out of it.
• To build and operate your agency’s engine.
• To produce your reporting, including the monthly report on dollars captured.

How we protect it

• Book data is transmitted and stored securely.
• Access is limited to Rivyn personnel working on your account. Nobody browses a book they are not working on.
• Audit data is used only to produce the report for the agency that provided it. It is not pooled, benchmarked against other agencies, or reused.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Policyholder data

Any consumer information inside your book stays your data. Rivyn processes it on your behalf, as your service provider. We do not become an owner of it by touching it.

We do not contact your policyholders on our own initiative. Outreach happens only through campaigns you authorize, sent in your agency’s name, and it honors consent and opt-outs the moment they come in.

Retention and deletion

• Audit data is kept only as long as we need it to produce your report and walk you through it.
• Client data is kept while you are a client, and for a short period after you leave so your final reporting and handoff are possible.
• Website analytics are kept in aggregate and are not tied back to you as an individual.

You do not have to wait for any of those windows. Email info@rivyn.ai and ask us to delete your data, and we will delete it and confirm when it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses standard website measurement to see which pages people actually read and which ones need work. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell visitor data. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
